OpenAI CEO Sam Altman on Tuesday stated that the corporate is “rolling again” the most recent replace to the default AI type powering ChatGPT, GPT-4o, after proceedings about bizarre habits, particularly excessive sycophancy.

Over the weekend, customers on social media blamed the up to date type, which arrived towards the tip of final week, for making ChatGPT overly validating and agreeable. It briefly was a meme. Customers posted screenshots of ChatGPT applauding all kinds of problematic, bad choices and concepts.
